The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa

The pool was dirty. It seemed that the children weren’t potty trained for it was Cloudy and dirty. The lounge chairs are broken and old. The bars are in your back. Breakfast was cold and expensive. The tv’s in rooms did not work had to reboot it every time you turn it on The walls are paper thin. You could hear your neighbors conversation. Lastly elevators broken. Only one in service. T

Very welcoming experience with Tychelle. She saw to our needs quickly and was able to help us upgrade to a much nicer room for a reasonable cost.

I got to visit my favorite spot again just for a weekend get away. I must say it never disappoints. As always, the front desk staff is so friendly and polite. Even with the check in lines growing the young ladies handled each customer with care, took their time to answer all questions. They didn’t make us feel rushed just to get the next person up. My trip could not be completed without having breakfast at my favorite spot in the Carolina room. My friends that came with me got to experience getting an omelette made by Amarie. Which was delicious by the way. You can tell she loves what she does. Young or old when you stand in line waiting for your omelette you’re going to walk away with a tasty omelette and a smile. She actually showed my friend’s daughter how to make the perfect omelette. The rooms was very clean and comfortable Poolside side was great as always. I love visiting my favorite poolside bartender Brittany. My overall trip experience was a 10/10. Thanks again to the WESTIN team you guys rock.

We had a wonderful experience at the Westin Hilton Head! The staff here were SO kind and went out of their way to accommodate us. The property is very beautiful as well.

Meh at best. This place is overrated and quite expensive for what you get. If you’re hungry after 10:30 you can forget it. No food options not even a vending area. We asked the front person about a vending area and she stated that “the Westin thinks it’s tacky to have a vending/café area. This I found to be funny considering how often my husband and I frequent the Ritz Carlton in Pentagon City, VA, where there is a vending area after hours. At any rate, we checked into the room and there were no wash cloths, no ironing board or iron. Additionally I requested an ocean view room only to receive a corner room with an obstructed view. For a $1000 for a weekend this resort has below average service and does not provide a bang for the buck.

We had an amazing time! We went for a bachelor party over the weekend, and the area was absolutely beautiful. The staff were super friendly and really helpful, which made our stay even better. I can't wait to go back again!
